Predicted SuperBowl Final & Winners
There is still a long way to go but the early hunch goes with the Arizona Cardinals vs. Pittsburgh Steelers with Arizona winning on this occasion. . The Cardinals currently have the best all round roster but the stand out player last season had to be Carson Palmer. The 36 year old quarterback was the first overall draft pick in 2003 and 12 years later he’s playing like an MPV candidate. As well as Palmer, head coach Brian Arians also some of the leagues deepest receiving players and world class defensive talent at his disposal.
Don’t expect the Steelers to just roll over thought. This should be a great season for Pittsburgh with the return of ‘Big Ben’ Roethlisberger and Le’Veon Bell from injury. Those partnered up with Martavious Byrant (who’s back from suspension) and Antonio Brown could make for the most deadly offense in the league. Although the Steelers do have one of the weakest defences in the league, which is where they may slip up.
Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers are arguably the best quarterback in the NFL. Ahead of this season The Packers have all of their offensive players fresh and available and there’s a strong chance that Green Bay will lead the NFL in the number of Touchdowns and Total Quarterback Rating.
Offensive Player of the Year
He’s about to start only his third professional season in NFL but Odell Beckham could be set for a record breaking year. In his first two season with the New York Giants he has already had the most Touchdowns and yards ever. Giants fans will also be excited about the resurgence of quarterback Eli Mannings and when they play together Beckham could have could have the best season of any wide receiver ever.
Best Defensive Player
This is a tough one to call but, if he recovers from injury, JJ Watt could well be the best defensive player in the world on his day. The future of the 27 year old Houston Texans player is uncertain at this point but Watt is determined to play again. Otherwise Tyrann Mathieu of the Arizona Cardinals could be set for a breakout season.
Rookie of the Year
We give this one to Ezekiel Elliott, the young running back of the Dallas Cowboys. Elliott is part of an impressive roster with arguably the best offensive line in the league and will easily make 15 runs a game from day one. Expect him to pick up a lot of yards and Touchdowns in the process this season.
